Generally good but repeated, consecutive use leaves hair a little over conditioned. Used without softened water but not hard either. Great to use every few days for those with hair on the oily side.

Nice suds on shampoo value for money

This conditioner is simply fabulous for creating naturally beautiful hair. The Coconut Milk conditioner left my hair soft, touchable, and shiny. After shampooing, I applied a generous amount of the conditioner and let it set for five minutes. Then I rinsed well with warm water, and finished with a quick blast of cool water. Then I did a basic blow dry until my hair was almost dry, followed by placing my hair in a bun. Later on I removed the bun and gently tousled my hair for soft beachy waves. This conditioner is wonderful for creating naturally beautiful hair styles, and is hydrating and leaves hair feeling nourished and silky.

Smells wonderful and left my hair full of body and softness. Does not weigh my thin, limp hair down!! This shampoo actually lathers well.

I've used OGX hair products for years and this coconut formula is one of my go to shampoos. It cleans fairly deeply without drying my hair. I have to wonder, however, why in the world are there BLACK FINGERPRINTS on my bottle!? That's disgusting!! Minus 2 stars. Come on, Amazon, you can do better than this 🤬
