Hi, it's Glamorous Gem Review Haven, hope you all are having a great day.Anyway, I have been on the hunt for some insoles for a long time. After a bad experience with gel insoles, I just decided to switch to memory foam instead. Now, I am one of the unfortunate people born with very flat feet.So, my height and weight count against me in many ways when it comes to standing and or walking for multiple periods of time. So, after countless shoe searches that ended up pointless, I just decided to add some extra support instead.I think these do a pretty good job of that. These are about 1cm in thickness and the soles are actually pretty long. I had to chim them down just for them to fit in my shoe. But when I did, they fit pretty snuggly in my shoe with no issues.My new Addias Cloudfoam don't have a removable insole and are very thin, like many others I have tried. But, when I put them on top of my other insole, they still fit like they should. I just think as long as your actual insole isn't too big, it should fit just fine.They have a very nice cushion to them and my feet feel very light when walking on them. The pain and pressure is immensely diffused when these insoles are in them. I also love the fact that these are washable unlike my previous gel ones.They are easier to keep clean during sweating months like these.Now, I'm not sure bout shock abortion considering I haven't done anything that would produce such shock, but they are breathable and airy and they seem to feel pretty good during an average day. So I always get tired being up on my feet at work for the entire shift, so I looked at these insoles to see if they would relieve the fatigue. As soon as you step onto these, they're like little pillows for your feet. They took some time to get used to, but I'm glad at how well they relieved the pressure on my feet. Very inexpensive for something that's better than sticking with the soles included in the shoes itself.

These are extremely thin. Once compacted they have no support. Do yourself a favor and buy something else

The price is reasonable and the delivery is fast. The insole is a consumable item. If the price is lower and the size is more abundant, the insole will sell better.

What a great price for this product. Some shoes of mine tents to have the hard insoles. This perfectly solved my problem. The size are accurate and after putting it in, my shoes became so much more comfortable. I will for sure buy some more so I don’t have to switch them around.

These are great. They give some cushion to your shoes without adding alot of bulk. They're perfect for me but if you want alot of cushion like memory foam gives you then you might not want these.

These are well made and so far have been holding up to daily use. I removed my custom orthotics that I paid $700 for and instead use these with better results. I'll be purchasing these again.

It is a pair of comfort and supportive insoles for my feet. Even though it may look quite thin to see, it does give the padding for my sole without rubbing against my shoes when I walk. It does provide good support for my feet. It feels soft and light weighted.
