this is one of the brands I tried due to my lactose intolerance. Ive got to say they really work as they should. One or two tablets are perfect for a full meal with unlimited lactose dessert if needed.the only downside is that they taste as if you were munching on chalk and at some point its quite disgusting.If i had to choose between living without dairy or being able to eat dairy but using this tablets, i would use them tablets without any hesitation!

These tablets are a game changer for me. No more bloating or diarrhoea. Have to take 2 on first bite. But it's worth it. Never looked back.

As someone who gets severe diarrhoea when I have milk or milk products (ice cream, semolina, custard etc) I thought these tablets were worth a try. Sadly they don't work as well as I hoped. They do seem to help a little, if I say just have a small glass of milk then they work, but if I have tub of ice cream then I still suffer from the runs, and I even tried taking 3 tablets instead of just 1 but no real difference noticed. We're all different and I have no doubt these do work for some people, but sadly I'm one of the ones it doesn't work for, so I wouldn't want to put anyone off buying them, I'd just say don't buy too many bottles without trying them first. I'm going to try taking a higher dose next time I have some ice cream in a final attempt to get them to work for me, I'm bigger than average so maybe need a high dose, will take 6 next time to see if that makes any difference and will report back if that works.
