Absolutely love these insoles. My hip n back pain has went away with the use of these. They fit perfectly into the shoe.

Actually I bought the Powerstep Pinnacle Maxx Full Length Orthopedic for my daughter who over pronates quite a bit. She is in the ROTC at one of the large universities in the mid west and they require quite a bit of running and marching. My daughter would get terrible shin splints, so me being a runner I did some research into the cause of shin splints, one of which is over pronation. I read some reviews I found through Google and the Powerstep Pinnacle Maxx Full Length Orthopedic was ranked at the top for its effectiveness in dealing with over pronation. I ordered from Amazon and had the orthopedics shipped directly to her and then put it in the back of my mind.About 2 days later I got the most excited phone call I have had in the past 4 years - my daughter was ecstatic - in her words "I can't believe these things, I just finished a long run and for the first time in my life I didn't have any shin splint! No pain - no nothing. These are fantastic, they are wonderful - these make me happy". Well she went on to thank me for finding the right orthopedic which was nice. I'll get her a few more pairs now that we have something that completely resolves her shin splint issues.I highly recommend trying these.

I have received the insoles 5 days ago, don't see much different than the competitors at lower prices. Had to trim slightly at the toe to fit the shoes. I will review it at least after a month or so if it works to relieve foot pain. Over all this seems to be well made.

My package arrived fast! I have foot issues and my podiatrist recommend these to me! They really help! I am dealing with bursitis which is almost cleared up with the help of these inserts! They really take the pressure off your heels and they do take some time to get use to but for me it is well worth it! I have them in my sneakers and I walk for my exercise and with these I am able to do my 4 miles a day again!

Oh, my gosh!! I love these!!! Pain in heel, legs, knee,thighs, hips, lower back and leg and feet cramps are miraculously gone and I began to notice relief in just 2 days after I started wearing them 3 months ago!! Have been dealing with back doctors for years who have provided me relief with only steroids when it was so bad I couldn't stand it. I have had x-rays, MRI's, physical therapy, aquatic therapy, back brace, pain meds(cannot take anti-inflammatories) and none helped. Can't believe all I really needed were orthotics. I wear them every day and have several pair so I don't have to keep changing them to different shoes. I would be the first to recommend orthotics to any one who has endured these types of chronic pain without getting relief from the professionals in the medical field especially when they tell you they can't find "anything wrong." So why do you still have pain?? Try the orthotics. They just may provide you with the miracle you've been wanting.

I have flat feet so shoes are always tough on my body without proper insoles. And getting great insoles aren’t cheap. I found these at a great deal on amazon and try. Let me just say that they make a huge difference and also provide great support without being painful. I always get shin splints and leg cramps when I run, but with these, I’m actually able to run without injury. I enjoyed them so much that I ordered a second pair to use so I don’t have to keep swapping out the ones I have in my shoes. I will more than likely get another pair soon.

Came highly recommended by my podiatrist but the insoles were never comfortable for my flat feet. Cannot wear them all day.

I had a bout of tendonitist in the arch of my foot. The Ortho I went to recommended I get these supports. They really work. I love them.
