I’ve been taking these supplements since April of 2025. I can honestly say I have noticed a difference.I do take antidepressants, but along with adding the vitamins, My mood has been uplifted. I can feel a big change in my head space, clearer, if that makes any sense. I’m on automatic order to be sure I don’t miss a day!

I've tried so many things for my stomach which I explain as being "off" from various things I eat. I call it a sour stomach. Sort of nauseous, but not enough to make me get sick, but it can last for a long time, even days before I seem to get back to normal. I've tried so many things and then somehow I stumbled on a recommendation to try vitamin b complex. I've tried a few different ones. The worst is the more common otc type which leads to incredibly yellow pee, sometimes real nausea, and almost diarrhea. Cheap stuff. This product doesn't do any of those things so it seems to be better for the body overall.In general I've noticed that my stomach issues are pretty much resolved. I rarely get my sour stomach, or if I do, it doesn't last long.I ran out recently and couldn't find a replacement where I was at the time. So, I bought the cheap otc brand at target just to tide me over. My stomach issues returned. I ordered this when I got home and started taking it right away and my stomach is way better again.For me, I'm going to swear that this product is aiding whatever my digestive issues are and I will continue to take it.I know there are many other reasons people take vitamin b complex and perhaps I'm getting those benefits, too. Don't know as I'm not paying attention.

These vitamins are amazingggggg. I have terrible PMS. For the last 28 years I've lost friends and relationships because of it. There has never been a month I didn't have it and I seriously lose my mind, can hardly function and I'm just barely making it out of the house. I decided to Google it once again to see if there was ANYTHING I could do besides the prescriptions for anti-depressants/anti-anxiety that don't work and I came across this. I started them about 2 weeks before PMS and I, for real, 100%, swear to God I didn't get PMS that month. I couldn't believe it. I thought maybe I counted my days wrong and kept waiting for the ball to drop but IT NEVER HAPPENED. So I'm going on my second month so so hopeful that it wasn't a fluke. And I like taking them every day after breakfast. I feel like they give my brain a little boost. In all I just feel better and I hope it doesn't go away! Thank you!Update: Still works! I stopped taking them for about 2 months and my PMS was horrendous. Started them again and haven't had it since. Wooo hoooo!

Meets my need

Based on all the positive reviews, I was hopeful this b complex would help with my issues. I struggle with anxiety from a persistent leaky gut stomach issue. I also have vitamin B & D deficiencies. I thought this would help stabilize my stress response and sleep better as well as increase my vitamin levels. However, I wasn’t really able to test out how effective it would be in those areas because this blend was very irritating to my stomach. It didn’t digest well for me. I was afraid this may happen because I often choose vitamins for sensitive stomachs like bariatric formulas. This definitely irritated my digestive system, gave me stomach pain and IBS flare ups so I had to discontinue at my doctors suggestion. You may not have the same response I did because I do have a very sensitive stomach but I would advise if you also have stomach issues, please consult with your doctor and be aware this is not a “sensitive” formula and may be a little hard to digest for you.

I was told by my neurologist that I was vitamin B deficient. He recommended this particular brand because of the different types of vitamin B it covers and also because of the magnesium because I was having leg cramps at night. My levels are no longer deficient, I never get nauseous or get those gross vitamin B burps with this pill, and the leg cramps have mostly stopped thanks to the magnesium. I do think that this is a little expensive, I wish it was a good $5 cheaper. But without any other options I will continue to purchase it so there you have it!
