I only got mine today, so I cannot yet speak of longevity, but holy smokes!First off, I was impressed when I unboxed it, because it feels very well made and durable. It’s probably not real leather but it doesn’t feel like the thin stuff that goes flakey right away either, it’s good stuff. The buttons are big and easy to use and it feels comfortable to wear. It is a bit bulky but that’s to be expected with it accommodating the internal mechanisms.Then I plugged it in (it does not have a battery) and tried it out and wow! Surprisingly it does feel like a real good massage and doesn’t require a lot of weight from your arms in order to be effective. The heating aspect is really nice and soothing and the massage feels nice on not only the neck, but the whole back.I got this because I’m always saying I’d love a massage and recently I’ve been having a lot of constant neck pain too… it has already helped loosen that out just today, but I did my whole back with it because it felt so good lolOn the whole, given how affordable it is, especially in comparison to going to a spa/salon for a massage, I’m very happy and would recommend! Even if it doesn’t last for years I still think it’s worth the money whilst it does last.

I did not have high expectations, but this has been excellent. I am 48 years old and started training capoeira (Brazilian martial arts) two years ago. However, I often feel stiffness in my lower back and shoulders during and after training. I also spend long hours editing, which makes my lower back feel particularly stiff.I have been using this device while editing and for a short time each morning, and it has improved my stiffness by 90%. I apply it to my lower back and other areas of my back while working. I simply position it against the chair and I lean back. Amazing

This is the first massager I’ve ever bought, so can’t compare with others. I only bought it because I got it cheaper in the sales, (£28)I’m 5’7”, small framed and this works fine with me.It’s a bit bulky, but seems well made. The heat function as others have mentioned doesn’t really get that hot, mildly warm at best I’d say. But the massage function feels really good once you work out how to use it properly.It feels REALLY good when massaging the back of your neck (especially if you tilt your head forward with the massager sitting on top of your neck), and good for massaging shoulders, working all the way down the back. I soon worked out the more you pull on the hangers/sleeves the more deep/intense the massage. It can get painful if you pull too hard on the hangers/sleeves. If you want a nice relaxing, therapeutic massage, pull the hangers/sleeves gently. If you need a more intense massage pull the hangers/sleeves harder. Just sit forward with the massager in place, pull the hangers/sleeves and move your hands and arms around a bit to find where you want the pressure applied, and also how much pressure you actually want applying. You can make the massage as soft or as hard as you like using this technique.The pics are misleading as you can’t see the power cable in any pic, suggesting it’s cordless/rechargeable. But it’s not. In the product description write up it clearly states it’s an electric corded device. This is not a rechargeable product. It works with a power lead plugged into a wall socket and connected to the massager while you use it!I’ve used it several times to date. If I run into any future problems or I find out how fantastic it is at sorting outtension/stress/aching muscles I will be sure to update this review. So far after a little massage session I definitely feel better. But I haven’t used it yet when I’ve had tension/stress/aching muscles, because I haven’t had any such problems since I’ve had this device. They’ll come sooner or later.From what I have seen and experienced so far this product would make a good Xmas present.*update* 7th April 2024As promised I said I would update if I experienced something different. I’m still using it regularly and it’s still working good with no visible signs of wear.The other day I had terrible tension/stress in my upper back and neck caused by looking down for long periods. (I was actually doing a jigsaw and really got into it 😁, but I was bending my head, looking down for 12 hours 2 days on the trot). And the inevitable happened. Anyway I used my massager for about 20 mins and I was instantly cured. Fantastic, I would now give this product 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Oh wow!! I didn't know what to expect and I ordered as my neck and shoulders are very stiff and I cannot afford regular massages. Well I was amazed at how powerful this item it. It seems very sturdy and well made. It's heats up enough for me but I can understand some people may prefer it warmer. The massaging motion can rotate clockwise or anti wise or switch between the two. The item is not wireless but this isn't a problem for me as I'm sat down using it anyway. It was brilliant at getting into all parts of my sore neck and I love that I control the pressure. Fantastic item!! I'm sure I will use on my feet at some point too :)

I’ve never written an Amazon review — but had to in case this helps anyone else. I’ve been struggling with neck and shoulder pain for a few months. Doing stretches and bought a neck support pillow (do recommend that too). I’ve only been using this for two days but I’m already experience so much pain relief and mobility! I was planning on trying regular sports massages but thought I’d try this first. My bf goes for very weekly massages and when he saw it, he was super dubious. Came downstairs and he was using (and loving) it.It’s only been two days but I’m going to continue using it daily. Highly recommend for price and quality!

Relaxing, ok quality

I have very bad posture. This results in stiff and painful neck and back. I've just used this massager for the first time on neck and the pains gone!I'm going to try it on shoulders next. Its quite heavy but you put your arms through bands at bottom of device to keep it in right position on neck and just feel the efficacy if treatment.
