Taylor Cable 46067 Boot and Terminal Kit (90 Degree)

Taylor says these are for 8mm wires. Tried using them with a moroso 8mm kit. Boots went on fine with the wires greased with silicone grease. Terminals crimped fine. But the plastic sleeves to locate the terminals inside the coils are impossible to get on. I even designed and 3D printed a holder for the sleeves so I could hammer them onto the crimped terminal. That worked to get them 90% on, then they wouldn’t budge and I ended up tearing the insulation. Now the $100 I spent on wires and this kit is sitting in the trash.
