Ebike battery/charging problematic
This ebike was all my son wanted for his birthday. It arrived quickly and we followed the brief directions to set it up and charged it for the required 5 hours. But when you disconnect from the wall, the screen goes blank. You can ride, as long as it is plugged in, but you can’t ride outside with a long plug.Although the company refunded our money and told us to keep the bike, my son was desperate for the bike to work. I asked if they would send me another one, for maybe it was just a fluke. No response.The bike also had no label. No manufacturer name. Nothing that showed who produced the bike. It was actually removed from the bike. After researching the only identifiable digits on the bike, I found out it was a Freego. Why did the seller remove the label from the bike? Why won’t they help me fix it??I have spent more than 300$ trying to fix this ebike, which is more than the bike originally cost. Nobody can fix it. They say it’s a manufactured issue. My son just wants this ebike to work and I can’t get any help from the seller.

Nice e-bike but......
power does not activate except when plugged into wall charger. Seller refunded purchase price but I am stuck with paying return shipping. Not impressed.

How can I solve this problem, is not cheap
It doesn't' work, not getting any help, I feel stuck, why won't it work

Bad handling: DO NOT TRUST
Waited over a week for delivery, battery came in completely dead, couldn't even charge it. Worst $250 I've ever spent. Don't buy this product.

The biggest mistake.
The w bike arrived and did not work at all dont know what's wrong with the e bike will never buy from you guys again .
