This looks and feels genuine product and have good built quality and I have also bought the stand ( separately) making it perfect. It can fill upto 12 litres of water , which is sufficient for daily water consumption for 2-3 people. I think drinking water from copper container is much beneficial for health than from RO and filter.

Product quality is good in this range.but tab quality need to improve slightly.otherwise product is good.

The media could not be loaded. The dispenser looks good. Finishing is good. The lid handle is brass/bronze and the tuti is made of steel. Rest body is made up of copper. I bought this after doing a lot of online comparisons and resting my faith in their claim of providing pure copper.However, one thing has left me with the feeling of being cheated. They have written 1.7kg as its weight in the description but in real it is a little less than 1.5 kg. These are precious metal and are traded majorly on their weight. When I chose it , I found it to have best "price to weight" ratio among all online options. But now it's the feeling of being cheated. I have raised my query to the seller and he has offered to pay me back the approximate difference amount of 300 bucks to compensate for the weight difference. Its been more than a week now but he has yet to fulfil his promise.

I bought this on 24 Feb and till yesterday seemed a very good buy. Sturdy material, good taste and looks good. But yesterday onwards there is a leak below the tap, inside the brass pot. Water is leaking out.Updated: seller has got in touch me. Looks very professional, genuine and dedicated on resolving this. Seems like it is not a hole like I had initially feared and in touch with seller to how to get this resolved asap.Update : 21 june- due to corona induced delay the replacement tap with washers finally reached me 3 days back. Seller instructed me how to fit the tap over video call and now the leak has stopped. An important note to all buyers, the washer ( there are 2 inside and 2 outside) play a very crucial role in leak not happening. In my case the external hard washer had broken at the bottom leading to the leak. I realised that this was the root cause only when I fitted the new washers. So be careful when washing the device.
