I have no idea if these work and read something on line that will dpress you as it did me. "Every person losing there hair starts with shampoo, then supplements, then medicine (oral or topical) and then either go bald gracefully or spend thousands on hair replacement!" Welp, I'm at the "supplement" stage with these. They do taste great and maybe my hair thinning is not rapidly worsening, but these supps are not magic and only for those with hair loss caused by vitamin deficiency and will not combat hereditary/medical hair loss. Give them a shot at least they taste good?

I’ve been using about 3 months and I can definitely see hair growth, strengthened nails. It works. And they taste good too!
