Perfect for our small office bathroom. We purchased two, one for each bathroom, for an office staff of four people.Because it’s used in a private bathrrom, we don’t lock it but it’s nice to have the capability.I’d purchase something more commercial if this was a public bathroom or used for a large staff due to size and materials.

Very practical, easy to use.

Perfect size for non-commercial use. Installing on the wall is done with four wall anchors (not included). Pay attention to how to orient a pack of towels to load or reload. The instructions are on each H2 towel pack. There is a right way and several wrong ways. We prefer the Extra Soft 10 12 98 towels. The Extra Soft are four panel towels, and it only takes one towel to dry hands. The MB579 Soft towels are heavier, but they are only three panel towels and many times it takes two towels to dry hands.

Easy to install and Tork and Genuine Joe towels fit perfectly.

I have three different dispensers for this size paper towels and like this dispenser the best. It's better quality than the other one I have pictured, and less likely to get stuck than the upright one. The lock is metal with a metal key, but I really like that it will still shut and stay shut without being locked. Just need to push the button in. It's at my house, I'm not worried about people stealing them, but I am worried about losing the key, so it's nice to have that option. Paper towels come out super easily which is nice.I'm giving it 4 stars because it didn't come with hardware. I had my own screws, anchors, but I don't think most people keep those around. Other brands include hardware and also ways of installing with adhesive vs. screws.Will probably get the black version of this for another spot in my home.

I have a center pull dispenser I bought in 2020 don't use anymore bulky and expensive... and compared to this Tork z fold dispenser I recently bought its absolutely a money saver I love it slim compactcenter pull very thin paper towel need way more then one to clean messes ,impossible to just pull one unless use of blue shop towels these went very quickly.Tork z fold mini dispenser pretty thick paper towel one picks up most everything 135 per sleeve 12 sleeves a case 1 sleeve last quite some time, 1 at a time pull no jams paper towel pretty good size too. easy to refill I use it for everything drying hand kids face art messes spills exc. very absorbent 1 Case @ 30-50$ I would recommend this Tork mini paper dispenser if u like paper towel and saving money and tork paper towel premium

The overall product is good but what I don't care for is the quality of the napkins isn't that good. Especially when being taken out from dispenser. The towel rips when trying to take it out.
