Didnt work called tech support, although it's not needed because these are plug and play, they sent me a replacement it was here with in 24 hours. I opened it plugged it in everything was great for about 15 seconds then the screen turned black and kept glitching. I tried it with 2 LG v30s and 2 Samsung S9+ to ensure it wasnt just my phone. Nope these are just bad also as you can see I dont give 1 star ratings that's how disappointed I was when 2 of them didnt work.

I plug it in, I pull it out and try again. If I move my monitor, if I bump the cable this thing jiggles and my MacBook Pro and Monitor are doing the black screen on and off. This adapter was hot to the touch, so is the brand new Anker brand one I replaced it with. However, when I intentionally jiggle the Anker dongle my monitor image doesn't go black.I'm really really tired of buying the best gear and then we're shuffled off to Third Party Dongle hell. I also blame Apple for the USB-C connector. Yes it's better, but not its mechanical connection.

It was a very handy tool. Unfortunately, my eyes picked the wrong size USB. I needed the mini USB used for Android devices. This USB-C fit my mini WiFi hotspot, but I did not mean it for that use. The HDMI female port fit my HDMI cord. I did more research finding pictures that match my Kindle USB.

This seems like a great product. My only concern is that my HDMI doesn’t plug all the way in. Should this be a concern?? I honestly don’t know. I can’t verify the transfer rate or 4K quality. I use my 15 MacBook Pro as a stand-alone laptop and stream through AppleTV. I just thought for this cheap money to have my screen up on my 70inch tv was a great deal and I enjoy it for that. For specs, I’m not your guy but the price is excellent for what I want it to do.

originally got for my phone, but google doesn't support my vibe..Works perfectly for any other device that supports video out through usb-c.3 months constant use, no issues.

I first got the multidispaly adapter from apple to connect my iMac pro to a second monitor and could not get over 30hz.With this adapter I achieved 60hz and 4k with no problems at all.would defiantly recommend.

I live in a remote area that doesn't get a good cell signal and I have metered wifi. I download netflix episodes to my phone at work, then can play them on big screen. Much higher bandwith than can be achieved using wireless, so no skips, hiccups, errors. Finally have a good solution after trying many other products.

Worked out of the box, plugged it into my S9 and had absolutely no issues. Plugged the hdmi cable into my projector and worked better than I expected. While I didn't have to contact the seller, there were notes inside the shipment that indicated they want to help if any issues arise.
