Some vibration and noise

Both extenders 6mm and 1/2 inch are working well for me on my Triton 1/2 router which is mounted on a 3/4 baseboard.I have to wind it up 30 revs to take it off the router BUT when on , staying with the same size router bits its as quick as before to change router bits .

Do the job lovely

The 1/4" shank extension was not machined correctly and was out of true. This caused massive vibration even at the routers lowest speed. I've been an engineer all my life and this "out of true" machining was extremely dangerous. Perhaps I was just unlucky, but I have returned for a full refund and will not be re-purchasing. Not sure that is suitable for use in a router collect, however if you have another means of holding the shank then it may be okay.

Built a router sled to flatten a table and needed an extension to offset the 18mm birch ply. I've only used the 1/4 inch but it's perfect. No vibration at all.They're difficult to fully tighten otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

Shank extension was not machined correctly and was out of true. Like other reviews here, it caused massive vibration that caused my router to expire! I can't even be bothered to return it for such a small amount. It would have been perfect if it had been "true", but alas it useless (as is my router).

8mm shank was not true and on first use, caused catastrophic damage to my dewalt 18v router through extreme vibration!!This seller is selling DANGEROUS tools!!

You can tighten it all the way, and still wont secure a bit
