As advertised, great alternative.
Item did exactly what it advertised. Laptop detected it and after a SMC reset was charging and reading battery data just fine. Recommend.

This Is Absolutely Useless!!
The battery just didn't work from the get go. I ordered the correct battery on the basis of 2 wonderful reviews. Obviously bogas ones now thinking about. Wasted my time and money. Now battling with Amazon for the refund. It was sent back the same day I received it.I had to buy the more expensive Apple one from an Apple supplier which works fine of course.This battery just restarted the Mac over and over. Reset SMU and all but was a complete piece of junk. Im an Apple Engineer of 33 years by the way and have changed too many to count. Avoid.

Batteria ottima e dopo una settimana di utilizzo nessun problema. Consiglio di seguire il tutorial di Ifixit e di comprare un solvente per togliere più facilmente la batteria vecchia.
