I just placed my second order for these! The solution is non-greasy and I feel like it really helps with hydration and under eye puffiness (it doesn't take it all away but I do see improvement!). This is one of the most effective under-eye creams I’ve purchased and I’ve used plenty from expensive to pharmacy brands. This cream is really good. Don’t think about it. It works.
