This workbook is a fantastic resource for anyone with BPD or even just someone dealing with a few BPD symptoms they’d like to work on. It’s organized into several helpful sections and includes engaging stories and thought-provoking questions that can really help you better understand your symptoms, thought patterns, and behaviors, and how to make positive changes. I use this workbook together with my BPD card deck, and I've already seen some progress! It’s definitely worth the money, and I highly recommend it!

thank you Dr. Fox for putting so much effort into making this book manageable for people with lots of traumatic experiences which result in BPD symptoms as adults.i really enjoy the thoughtful commentary and constant validation of emotions which makes this book relevant for a wide variety of different uses

Easy to Understand and Very Helpful
I got this workbook for my 17-year-old daughter, and it's been a huge help. It offers practical exercises and strategies that have helped her manage emotions and understand her feelings better. I appreciate the integrative approach—it doesn’t feel clinical or detached but is supportive and relatable.

Reading for my BPD husband
I love the way this book is written. It is truly a workbook. Imagine it as an informative friend explaining your journey with BPD and then holding your hand and encouraging you to explore what BPD is defined as in you... how it presents itself uniquely... and how you can grow beyond it! It's a fantastic resource for those who have received a diagnosis or suspect one and want to venture into the courageous decision to change. It is possible and this workbook makes it possible. I would recommend this book to anyone who is ready to challenge the BPD, from a level of general curiosity all the way to one who is determined and committed. Absolutely fantastic and I am halfway through and am reading in advance for a loved one. Amazingly insightful and kind to the human mind. Each chapter ends with a concise recap that drives fundamental points home to use in your journey. Hands down one of the best books out there on BPD that I have picked up and read yet.

Helps you fight the good smart fight!
Just got it. Just working through the workbook now it's helpful. It helps you stay focused on working through this terrible condition. You can always go back and look at your answers and see if they would be different when you look back at them one month later, and they probably will be. That's because I will have learned more coping methods and techniques to fight this monster of a disorder.

Phenomenal book for anyone looking to start their healing
I can't believe Daniel J. Fox only came out with this book in May 2019, meaning this tool is extremely recent! I believe it will be a HUGE tool for anyone looking to work through their BPD, traumas, and past triggers.The book is valuable in that it requires you to actively engage and explore your issues/BPD, and it does so in a very structured way. I previously thought that just reading up on BPD and healing methods here and there could be enough to aid in my healing, but after getting my hands on this book, I realized it takes proactive work to heal, and this book does just that.This book is an even bigger help for those that are unsure about entering therapy or are not yet comfortable seeing mental health providers. It's extremely useful for those taking initiative to independently figure things out on their own at the present time.I saw this book mentioned maybe a month ago on a subreddit and finally bit the bullet when I watched Daniel J. Fox's videos and saw how non-judgmental, non-stigmatizing, and helpful he was.I bet the only reason this book is not so widespread is because it is so new. Highly recommend.
