For £4.99 which I saw was an introductory price I thought I’d give them a go. I’ve never taken an appetite surpressent and thought I’d take it in the evenings as that’s when I usuallyBinge, so far so good. Take this in the evening and cla first thing, weight is down.

Received this item yesterday. I find it mind boggling when supplements or vitamins are provided with zero instructions. The item itself has no instructions or any indications on how best to take them, other than the generic 'do not exceed two tablets'. Despite doing some research, I'm still unsure on how to take these. Before a meal, after or on an empty stomach? etc. It feels like a pretty useless purchase at the moment. I will have to do some further research on how to take these. Having purchased these now, there are much cheaper alternatives on Amazon, by sellers who have far more satisfactory reviews than mine. I'd encourage people to do more research before they puchase if they are first timers like myself. Aiming to use these eventually and hope they work. It would have been great if this item came with instructions for people who are not yet familiar with the product.

Bought these in conjunction with conjugated linoleic acid , after reading reviews, but did nothing more than make me eat more!! I know they’re to speed up metabolism, which it did, but rather than lose weight, I gained it!

EPILEPTICS BEWARE! Assuming this was safe to use with Epilepsy medication I started experiencing auras after taking just one. After researching I found that it does affect the brain's chemical balance so I wouldn't advise anyone on Epilepsy medication to take this. It did however curb my appetite so overall, if you're not on any medication that balances chemicals in the brain, steer clear.

This does exactly what it says on the pot. You feel full longer after you've eaten, which in turn makes you pick less. Easy to swallow casuals. Now these arnt a magic pill, eat healthy, exercise more and they really do aid to helping you lose weight, mainly by feeling full.

Been taking with metabolic fusion and CLA, the three have worked well. Difficult to put results down to one product but take these with a good nutritional plan and exercise regime and you’ll be glad you brought them.

After trying to curb my snacking for a while (office life makes it difficult) I have got on really well with this as I have felt fuller for longer and this has assisted my will power to decline the offer of office treats!
