Targeted Relief
Its unique designs has helped provide targeted relief at the base of my neck. Although I am not a physician I would recommend for those who seek relief from tension or pressure in this area.

Takes some getting used to but does relieve headache and neck pain
It does take getting used to placement and what feels like plastic teeth but this little baby allowed me to look left , right and about up about as far as it could go- starting from not at all to more and more over a 3-5 minute span of time and reduced my killer headache to just a little ache. With continued use it really felt relaxing to get rid of the pain- a winner in my book!

Pain free in less than an hour!
Absolutely amazing! My left sub occipital muscle has been killing me for weeks! After trying every stretch I could find online, after using this for Joe more than an hour or 2 the pain is finally gone!!!

Designed for a child or petite adult, but works okay if adjusted
I love the idea of this neck wedge, but it is not my favorite. I purchased 4 neck wedges around the same time and rate this as my 3rd favorite.The produce is too small for a non-petite person. It is well-made, and soft enough to not cause bruising on your neck. I have attempted to raise it by placing a 1” block underneath, and it works okay.I love the idea of the raised knobs, to place additional pressure at certain points on your neck. However, they are too soft and simply flatten.
